SHIPPING
Please note that the XL BULLY BAG in aquamarine is available for pre-order. Delivery is estimated to take place 3–4 weeks from Friday, 31 July. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Tracked delivery typically takes 3–4 working days from the date of shipment.

International Delivery
We are currently shipping to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location, this will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that as a result of Brexit, all orders shipped to European countries may be subject to customs checks, import duties, and local VAT charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

RETURNS
As each bag is produced as part of a limited pre-order release, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you have reviewed the product details and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

If your bag arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@kynoglobal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the fault, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution!
