Please note that the XL BULLY BAG in aquamarine is available for pre-order. Delivery is estimated to take place 3–4 weeks from Friday, 31 July. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Tracked delivery typically takes 3–4 working days from the date of shipment.

RETURNS
As each bag is produced as part of a limited pre-order release, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you have reviewed the product details and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

If your bag arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@kynoglobal.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the fault, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
